Solar PV
A visual/performance check annually is recommended, with a more thorough inspection (panel, inverter, wiring, mounting) every 4 years, in line with MCS guidance.

- Panel and inverter checks
- Cleaning
- Output performance testing
- Inspection of mounting and wiring.
Gas Boiler Servicing
How often: Annual servicing is a legal requirement for landlords (Gas Safety Check), and recommended for homeowners to maintain warranty and safety.
For just £9.99pm you get:
- Full safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer
- Efficiency check
- Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) issued where applicable.
Oil & LPG
How often: Annual servicing is recommended (in line with OFTEC guidance) to keep off-grid heating systems safe, efficient and within warranty.
